The Power of your Metabolism
Time to RecoverMAXIMUM ACCELERATION
At times we find it necessary to slim down at a faster rate. It could be due to an upcoming wedding, a high school reunion or some other situation that puts pressure on us to slim down in a short amount of time.
There is a very quick and healthy way to slim down. The basic guidelines are:
- Follow the 3x1 diet© (very little refined carbohydrates)
- Have whey protein shakes for breakfast
- Add organic coconut oil to the shake
- Drink a lot of water
- Take high potency vitamins daily
- Eat mainly fish for protein
- Eat salad with every lunch and dinner
- Drink vegetable juice every evening
- Don’t eat: soy, wheat, corn or pork
- Do exercise, like walking, 3-4 times a week
For breakfast, drink a whey protein shake with the organic coconut oil. This boosts your metabolism very efficiently.
During the “speeding up” process, follow a 3x1 diet (very little refined carbohydrates), in which the main protein is fish. Of all proteins, fish is the lowest in saturated fat and contains elements of vitamins and minerals that are essential to the functioning of the thyroid (iodine, selenium, omega 3 oils). In doing the speeding up diet, you should combine your fish with a good amount of salad and vegetables. You can have small amounts of refined carbohydrates like rice, potatoes, etc., but no wheat products (bread, pasta, bread crumbs, flour).
If you don’t like fish, which is really the best protein to have, you can use white meats (chicken, turkey). Fish is best because it is easy to digest and really does help you to slim down. Among fishing communities, obesity doesn’t exist. No other protein is cleaner or easier to digest than fish meat. In addition, fish also contains natural oils called “omega 3”, which are oils that “burn fat” and reduce cholesterol.
To slim down as quickly as possible, it helps to add vegetable juices to your diet every evening. There are various juicing machines for fruits and vegetables on the market that aren’t too expensive. Jack Lalanneis a well- priced brand of juicers that you can get at stores like Macy’s or JC Penney’s. Canned or bottled vegetable juices like V8® vegetable juice will never give you the incredible results that you can obtain by juicing your own fresh vegetables.
The idea is to drink vegetable juices, not fruits. Vegetables are low in carbohydrates and provide minerals and nutrients that speed up your metabolism. With the juicer you can extract a mix of carrot, cucumber, radish, celery, broccoli, watercress and spinach juices, and then add a little bit of ginger and parsley for zest. You can have the vegetable juice mixture for dinner in the evening. It’s amazing how the vegetable juices contribute to accelerating the process of slimming down. It’s almost as if your body deflates when you drink these juices.
Vegetable juices could be considered near “miracles”. For people who have high blood pressure, these juices tend to lower blood pressure. Fresh vegetable juices contain high amounts of potassium, which works as a diuretic and lowers blood pressure. Potassium is a mineral that counteracts the salt (sodium) in your body. In other words, when you consume potassium, your body passes any built up salt (sodium) through your urine, which lowers your blood pressure.
You can use these vegetable juices as replacements for your dinner in the evening. They taste good and produce remarkable results. You can get the average juice extractor for less than $100 and it is a good investment for your health and metabolism.
The “maximum acceleration” diet is a technique that works for when you want to slim down quickly without compromising your health and going hungry.
If you like fish and you want to slim down very quickly, follow this “maximum acceleration” diet for a week and you will see the results. In my case, I use it to compensate for the damage that I’ve done from my little “slip-ups” during the weekend.
